Policies and Shipping

Full priced ready-to-wear items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Item must be in unworn condition. To initiate a return or exchange please reach out to us over email. Shipping for returns will be prepaid. In the event of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for covering return shipping. 

To expedite the process, be sure to include your name and order number in the email. Please allow 5 - 7 days for returns or exchanges to be processed. If items are not shipped back within 14 days of initiating a return, we have the right to refuse the return.

The following items are exchange ONLY and are not eligible for returns:

• Sale price ready-to-wear items
• Items purchased with a promo code
• Items purchased as part of a pre-order
• Vintage Silk Track Pants

These items are eligible for exchange within 14 days of the delivery date. Item must be in unworn condition. At this time international shipments are not eligible for refund or exchange.

At this time Made to Order items do not ship to PO boxes. Vivat Novum is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The customer must open a claim with USPS, FedEx, or DHL to resolve a lost or stolen item.
